About Us
My name is Pierina Fernandez, Balloon artist and Creator of AWESOME PARTIES. I was born and raised in Venezuela, where part of our culture includes always having an excuse to celebrate life. I grew up in a family where art, crafts, and creativity were part of our routine. I think that's where my interest in crafts and design came from.
It was not uncommon that my creativity and curiosity always led me to experiment with different business ideas; I tried many things, more than I could mention here.
Before landing in the United States, I had already decided to leave behind my job as a Technician in Electromedicine and the world of medical equipment sales to follow my dream of becoming an entrepreneur. This time, it would be very serious. Now I think about it, and I find it amazing how life takes us through so many different paths until we find our passion!
How it all started...
Awesome Parties was conceived as a Balloon Decor and Entertainment Company that became a reality in 2018, due to the enthusiasm and joy that I felt by making balloon figures for children in restaurants, …that was my first job in the United States and the way I started this business.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to improving my technique, recognizing my style, and giving a new approach to each design, and I have become passionate about customizing colors and incorporating different elements that complement the balloon decoration to make it an artwork.
I love to transform spaces that will be part of family celebrations creating unforgettable moments for my customers. Awesome Parties was designed to bring the Joy of Balloons to many people's lives.

First, In Miami, where we were able to be part of many events of special people who allowed us to make their dream days come true, and now in our new home: Seattle, I have continued to pursue my dream and work to make Awesome Parties grow and be part of many more dream events.
